Refund Policy:

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all LinkSensi LPG Level Monitor device purchases. If you’re not satisfied with your device within 30 days of purchase, you can request a refund.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the device must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Returns Policy:

Damaged or Defective Devices: If you receive a damaged or defective device, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the device, and upon inspection, we will send you a replacement device at no additional cos
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your device. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Refundable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on any used, damaged, or incomplete devices, or on any services that have been provided.
